ACMP Domains 1-2: Identify key stakeholders, analyze their influence and impact, and develop engagement strategies that build commitment.
ACMP Domains 2-3: Formulate change management strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Develop comprehensive change plans.
ACMP Domains 3-4: Execute change plans, develop communication strategies, manage resistance, and engage stakeholders throughout implementation.
